Dev's early take: Grok 4.7 excels at complex coding but falters on 3D

Independent developer Daniel Farina shares (unconfirmed) early notes on Grok 4.7, which he's using to rebuild Xplor, a browser he built on Grok.
- 4.7 unlocked features he couldn't get working with 4.6 and keeps up with every complex request
- Weak at 3D tasks unless prompted with extreme specificity
- Excellent at complex coding and architecture work
- His take: not yet the right default model for most users, still needs tuning
He calls the result "your own Arc browser fully powered by Grok" and plans to share new builds this week.
