Penn's Susztak Lab opens biobank of 5,000+ kidney samples with multi-omics atlases

The Susztak Lab at the University of Pennsylvania has updated its biobank website, sharing two decades of work: over 5,000 human kidney samples profiled across genotype, methylation, open chromatin, expression and protein, plus GWAS on 2.2 million people, single-cell and single-nucleus atlases, spatial transcriptomics and animal-model resources — all queryable in interactive browsers, with an open invitation for researchers to dig in.
