Microsoft open-sources IQ Solution Accelerator unifying Work, Foundry and Fabric IQ for supply chain decisions

Microsoft open-sourced microsoft-iq-solution-accelerator on GitHub (435 commits, 73 stars), an enterprise AI intelligence accelerator that unifies three IQ capabilities into a shared context layer:
- Fabric IQ: unified data, semantic models and ontologies
- Foundry IQ: enterprise knowledge and retrieval
- Work IQ: work context
The layer identifies signals, assesses impact, and recommends mitigation actions to support human decision-making. The flagship use case is supply chain: during supplier disruptions, teams can assess risk and inventory, gauge blast radius, and coordinate responses. The repo ships a full engineering structure (src/docs/infra) and deploys on Azure with customization hooks.
