NVIDIA's ASPIRE group opens research scientist and engineer roles for Physical AI

NVIDIA's Autonomous Systems and Physical AI Research (ASPIRE) group is hiring full-time (Senior) Research Scientists and (Senior) Research Engineers, with priority for candidates who can start by end of January 2027.
The team works across reasoning models, generative simulation, agentic AI workflows, and Physical AI safety, with applications spanning autonomous vehicles and a broad range of Physical AI systems.
