QM (15.2k GitHub stars) released v0.1.12: agent swarms enter beta with durable subagent pools, scoped messaging and Modal-backed workers; Slack setup is now provider-managed with guided onboarding; tasks can be steered with files and images; Apps get persistent edits, isolated origins and scale-to-zero publishing; MCP connectors gain per-user credentials, Composio integration, bring-your-own AI accounts and OIDC sign-in.
