A Redditor demonstrated face swapping with Qwen Image 2.1's Image Edit workflow in ComfyUI (search template: qwen image 2.1). No masking needed—just two images and a prompt specifying head size, hair, pose, lighting/skin matching, and detail enhancement. Changing 'face' to 'head' in the prompt swaps the whole head; outputs can be further edited for outfits, pose, and location. Tested on a hard young-woman-to-old-man case.
