Designer Luke Wroblewski documented his Dyson Camerajet (AI toothbrush) saga: ordered day one at $500, arrived weeks late, died after one use. Support confirmed a battery issue and promised a replacement, then canceled the battery order, said it would take 2-3 weeks, and finally issued a full refund. Reordering isn't possible — the product isn't taking orders — leaving him with a useless device.
