opencode v1.18.32 fixes Bedrock image attachments and Together AI streaming usage

opencode released v1.18.32 with two core fixes: Bedrock image attachments are now only hoisted for Claude, Nova, and Llama 4 models, and Together AI's streaming usage reporting was corrected. Community contributor @dc85 also added DeepSeek V4.1 Flash and Grok 4.7 to Zen and Go.
