Google Strips Destination URLs from SERP HTML, Killing /goto and Translate Scraping Tricks

Google has tightened anti-scraping on search results again: signed-out SERP HTML no longer includes destination URLs, so /goto links can't be resolved without a GET to /goto?url=<token> (tip: read the Location header instead of following the redirect). The "Translate this page" trick is dead too.
While &num=100 looked like an overnight kill, many workarounds had already been systematically shut down — this /goto block makes SERP scraping harder than ever.
