Diamandis' Moonshots LIVE to award $3.5M for optimistic AI films, judged by Tyson and Stephenson

Peter Diamandis announced Moonshots LIVE, a Sept 25 event in downtown Los Angeles where finalists pitch live for over $5M: $3.5M for films depicting a future worth building (grand prize a $2.5M grant), plus $2M for builders. Judges include Neil deGrasse Tyson, Neal Stephenson, Rod Roddenberry, Mira Lane and John Zissimos; 1,500 attendees expected and applications are open. One finalist, SLINGSHOT by Hal Watmough, features two men and a sarcastic floating robot running a space debris department.
