Allie Miller shares a beginner-friendly AI workflow: tap the microphone, complain for a few minutes about your business, calendar, kids' schedule — then say "help, interview me" so the AI extracts everything via follow-up questions. Voice is about 4x faster than typing and works on a walk; she does much of her AI work on 45-minute walks around New York, and her team is experimenting with "no-screen" days. This workflow alone reaches level three of her five proactive-AI levels.
