Insilico Medicine disclosed a co-development deal with an unnamed "frontier foundation model lab," valued at up to tens of millions of dollars. The two sides will use Insilico's MMAI Gym framework to build and commercialize specialized foundation models for generative biology. Insilico contributes proprietary datasets and closed-loop wet-lab validation, with revenue shared between the partners — another notable case of frontier model capability flowing into AI-for-science.
