- Backend: an execution environment that gives the model maximum degrees of freedom
- Frontend: a free-form canvas the model can use to communicate with the user, instead of a fixed UI
The design point—loose execution backend paired with an open canvas interface—is a useful reference for building highly autonomous agent UIs.
