White Circle has open-sourced Halo, a framework for training large language and multimodal models, under a modified Apache 2.0 license on GitHub.
The repo ships with full engineering support: Docker/docker-compose configs for vLLM and SGLang backends (including AWS EFA variants), examples, tests, and scripts. It has gathered 80+ stars so far.
