Qwen Code Desktop v0.24.3 ships bwrap sandbox, DingTalk output and token budgets

Qwen Code Desktop released v0.24.3 with a batch of updates:
- Sandboxing: new bwrap kernel sandbox backend for Linux in the CLI
- Channels: shared output modes with new DingTalk support
- Budgets: per-turn token budget sharing via a +Nk directive in workflows; budget-based ACP child admission in serve
- Skills: daemon can enumerate locally installed extension skills; shared Skill status restored
- Messaging/navigation: cross-session messaging on by default; web-shell turn navigation follows reading position, animated tab pill
- Misc: external reasoning profiles and defaults, removal of the first-gen Stop-hook Goal implementation, retirement of legacy ACP input bridges in VSCode, Qwen Live tasks shown in the session sidebar
