GitHub Copilot desktop app to get editable diffs for agent-generated changes

The GitHub Copilot desktop app will soon support editable diffs: instead of prompting again for the last 5% of tweaks, users can edit agent-generated changes directly in the diff view while reviewing. It targets the final friction in the 'agent drafts, human refines' workflow.
