GitHub Copilot CLI v1.0.87 adds worktree templates and message recall

GitHub Copilot CLI v1.0.87 ships several workflow improvements:
- New user and managed startup defaults for the Auto routing tier, with strict and user-overridable organization policies.
- Consecutive steering prompts in the same mode now combine into one pending message; press Up in an empty input to recall and edit, Ctrl+C stops the running turn, Ctrl+P browses history without withdrawing prompts.
- A worktreePathTemplate setting controls where /worktree, /move, /new and --worktree create worktrees, with {repo}, {branch} and other placeholders.
- Sandbox proxies now work on Windows; fixes include cleaning up timed-out git child processes and reliably resuming very large local sessions.
