Developer @MaziyarPanahi turned a bar joke into a clinical validation pipeline: GLiNER extracts drug entities like metformin, DeBERTa catches contradictions, and Jev returns blockconflict so the code blocks the update and routes it to human review. Three model families, three jobs, one fail-closed workflow — which also burned 4x his initial credit in two days.
