Hooking jev into the Rime input method: a fun AI typing experiment

@nhciao demos pairing jev with the open-source Rime input method to fix the annoyance of hunting for rare characters deep in candidate lists. The result is decent, but jev lacks prediction and can't extend user input — the author suggests adding a Cursor-style tab-completion model to complete the setup.
