Apple pays $250M to settle Siri AI lawsuit; iPhone owners can claim up to $95

Apple is paying $250 million to settle claims that it failed to deliver an AI-upgraded Siri. US buyers of iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, or any iPhone 16 model purchased between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025 can file a claim on the settlement website with their name, contact info, and serial number. Estimated payout is about $25 per eligible device, rising to as much as $95 depending on how many people file.
