The author turned a bar joke into a clinical workflow with three model families doing three jobs: GLiNER extracts entities like metformin, DeBERTa detects contradictions, and Jev returns blockconflict so the code stops the update and routes it to human review. A neat example of fail-closed validation using small specialized models instead of one big LLM.
