Coding agent UX gripe: Astra says "PR is up" without linking to it

The author compares coding agents they've used: nearly every other agent links to the PR it opens — simple and helpful — while Astra just replies "PR is up" with no link at all. A concrete UX critique of agent interaction design: capability doesn't help if the agent won't hand you the pointer.
