A practical deployment checklist for any decision model: measure calibration on your own labeled data (accuracy and calibration are different properties — check both), set each threshold by what a mistake costs, and pin the model version. Two field-tested tips: give every multiple-choice question a "none of these" option (otherwise the model picks an answer even for recipes and keyboard mash), and don't do algebra across questions — a question and its strict negation summed to 1.19.
