- Meta Muse is poised to lead: intuitive app, aggressively promoted across Meta properties; agents don't belong in messaging apps. Could become Meta's most successful homegrown app after Facebook, much bigger than Threads.
- ChatGPT is still the leader (1B+ users, stronger models/computer use/voice per feature), but serving work + personal, enterprise + consumer in one UX is hard; Yang uses Grok Bot for work since the Work/Codex split is confusing.
- Grok Bot isn't a Muse competitor — it's work-focused; bull case is a few features from multiplayer agentic Slack.
- Google is the dark horse but Spark is just a secondary tab in Gemini; needs to make it primary, though Google's multiplayer AI track record is poor.
- Multiplayer is the next big unlock: nobody lets you loop in spouses or coworkers yet.
His stack: Muse (personal), Grok Bot (cloud tasks), Claude (specific cases), ChatGPT (everything else). Advice: design personal skills and files for portability across agents.
