Anthropic Sets Up Bay Area Wet Lab, Plans to Have Claude Run Experiment Robots

Per Reuters, Anthropic has built a wet lab in the Bay Area and plans to let Claude direct experiment robots. Life sciences lead Eric Kauderer-Abrams says AI-driven lab automation is still early; the lab is not drug-discovery-specific and Anthropic's biology ambitions may go far beyond pharma.
