Commenting on FutureHouse's Bio Millennium Problems, @blekhman argues the list is cool but shouldn't be called biology — it's very narrow, essentially synbio/protein engineering. A real biology Millennium list would include aging, development, immune prediction, host-microbe causality, and disease. Still a fun thought exercise, he concedes.
