Agent Substrate opens environment abstraction with MCP server for code-free agent tinkering

rakyll announced that the open-source Agent Substrate project now offers an environment abstraction, letting you try Substrate without writing code. It ships an MCP server with fs and shell tools that works with any MCP-capable client. For now you must build images yourself with make images, then follow the README.
