A former exec who scaled manufacturing at Tesla and Rivian predicts that over the next 3-5 years, robotics fundraising narratives will shift from lab demos to the factory floor: demos → paid pilots → volume production → profit.
Each stage will eliminate companies that looked unbeatable at the previous one. 'The demo, while necessary, barely hints at what's coming. It's bloody hard. Twice through that chasm.'
