Developer PaulShellDev found that uninstalling the GitHub Copilot App via its Customize flow doesn't actually remove files: marketplaces, MCPs and plugins all persist, along with every older version of the app and CLI — plus a mystery plugin. Useful heads-up for anyone resetting a Copilot environment: manual cleanup is required.
