Qwen Code v0.0.24.2 ships permission rule fixes, bwrap sandboxing and web-shell improvements

QwenLM/qwen-code released v0.0.24.2 with a dozen fixes and features:
- Permission rules now handle simple Bash comments; the CLI requires explicit trust for undecided workspaces, and /context categories now add up to the provider total
- Web-shell restores the remote workspace add flow, exposes assistant turn settlement lifecycle, and refreshes Plan/Git mode chip colors
- Core adds a bwrap (Bubblewrap) execution foundation
- CI fixes for Docker cache reclamation and review scratch cleanup, plus new tests and docs
