A probabilistic agent plus deterministic tools yields a probabilistic system — no guarantee survives

A retweet of DominikTornow's point: hand a probabilistic agent a deterministic tool and the composition is probabilistic — none of the tool's guarantees survives the agent. In the quoted post he argues current thinking around 'software factories' is wrong: correctness doesn't come from orchestration; better workflows, skills, instructions, or more agents checking agents won't work, because a heuristic cannot certify the result of a heuristic.
