Google building open-source agentic orchestrator for billions of agents, rethinking Kubernetes

Google engineer rakyll revealed two projects in the works: a reinvention of Kubernetes for agentic workloads with statefulness and fast resumption, plus an open-source agentic orchestrator and runtime that Google says can scale to billions of agents. This hints at a Kubernetes-style standardization layer emerging for agent infrastructure.
