Dev builds a monster management UI around MiniMax H3 sprites to save AI tokens

A Japanese indie game developer shared a practical AI game-dev workflow: instead of delegating everything to the AI coding tool Astra and burning through tokens, he had AI build a dedicated, manually operable monster management screen.
The workflow: sprite sheets generated with MiniMax H3 are dropped into the screen, which automatically turns them into animations and wires them straight into the game. Stats are freely editable, so adding monsters and rebalancing no longer requires asking AI each time.
