Codex /fork and /side prompt-cache bug fixed, slated for 0.156.0 release

Developer YouJiacheng flagged that Codex's /fork and /side commands generate a different sessionid and thus a different promptcachekey, effectively preventing cache hits — despite docs saying this behavior should only apply when you want to avoid a cache hit. The bug has since been fixed in the alpha channel and is expected to ship in Codex 0.156.0.
