A small but useful discovery: when using ChatGPT Voice on iOS with AirPods, clicking an AirPod mutes your microphone.
The trick lets you keep a voice session open continuously and mute whenever you want to talk to people around you — one user describes using ChatGPT to help cook dinner while muting to chat with family. OpenAI engineer Athyuttam Ekbote highlighted it as a "little big thing."
