Responding to Csaba Szepesvari's complaint about Codex token limits, researcher kfountou reports an odder issue: with 90% of quota remaining, their account gets periodically paused — they suspect OpenAI throttles heavy compute users. Pauses auto-resume, but disrupt usage. Szepesvari, merely prepping a graduate class, also ran into limits.
