RL professor burns through Codex tokens preparing class, hits capacity limits

Reinforcement learning researcher Csaba Szepesvári reports that while preparing a graduate class he exhausted his AI coding tool's token quota and was told to wait for a reset or pay up, after also hitting a "model at capacity" message pointing him to Codex.
