New model 'Jev' claims 20-200x speedups, powers realtime virtual try-on at $0.0011 per decision

A self-described ChatGPT co-inventor announced Jev, a new frontier model trained with a claimed new method (RLCD), positioned as "composable intelligence optimized for decisions" — 20-200x faster and 40-400x cheaper than existing models, with free output tokens.
A developer demo built on Jev shows realtime virtual try-on: the model reads speech transcripts and what the speaker is wearing, picks outfits from a closet, and swaps clothes live. Cost: $0.0011 per decision at 620ms latency.
Note: claims are unverified and the model isn't seen on mainstream channels yet.
