Sanctorum runs AI agent teams in a pixel office with seat-derived permissions

Developer AlexanderJAnderson is building Sanctorum, an Electron desktop app that organizes AI agent teams as a pixel-art organization, with each agent sitting at a desk on a floor.
Key design points:
- Seat-derived permissions: assign a clearance level to a role, place it at a desk, seat an agent there; moving the desk moves the agent's capabilities
- Runs its own LangGraph loop instead of wrapping CLIs, so any OpenRouter model can power any agent
- Every tool call pauses for human approval by default; each delegation tree has a dollar spending ceiling; agents can be pointed at local directories
- Supports parallel or serial agent work, unlimited agents and teams
Core functionality is 90-95% done; the author is soliciting feedback on whether seat-derived permissions are a real idea.
