ICLR 2027 has received 60k+ submissions. NeurIPS now bans LLM-written reviews: if a reviewer's review shows LLM signs, all papers they co-author get rejected as punishment — while human reviewing takes 4 hours per paper including rebuttals. The poster quips that everyone is now solving a constraint-optimization problem to maximize funding probability.
