Per Reuters, GPT-6 Astra (released Sept 3) is eroding Anthropic's enterprise lead: it now accounts for 13% of enterprise AI spending tracked by Ramp, vs 8% for Claude Fable.
Anthropic still posts a higher annualized revenue run rate — above $65B vs OpenAI's $40B+ — and projects $190B–$200B in 2028 revenue. A new Anthropic model may launch in response.
