Per Politico, Judge Mark Pittman ruled OpenAI cannot see Apple's confidential settlement with Musk's X and xAI. OpenAI had asked the court to reveal the deal after Musk's companies dropped their case against Apple, hoping to find material for its defense. Pittman reviewed the settlement privately and found nothing relevant, so it stays sealed.
