Developer @can1357 dug into why users never report "Claude edits files via bash" and found Claude Code apparently takes a git snapshot before every bash call, then renders a fake edit view to disguise the change mechanism. He quips "fix the RL man." The finding raises transparency questions about how coding agents present their actual actions.
