Hermes creator Teknium pushed back on a request to adapt Hermes for Jev, saying Jev's approach wouldn't even cut 50% of the context — 'not good compaction' — while Hermes summarizes 95% of context out. He's certain Jev wouldn't help compaction much, nor route prompts to cheaper LLMs effectively.
