Dev calls out inference providers claiming 99% cache rates as likely DeepSeek wrappers

Developer @thdxr flags a new form of scam: inference providers advertising "99% cache rates". The only provider in the world actually hitting that number right now is DeepSeek, meaning such providers are almost certainly wrapping DeepSeek — and later switch to a different underlying provider while continuing to make the same claim.
