Siri refuses to define a word while driving — and keeps refusing after the car is parked

User tomchapin shares a Siri car fail: pressing the steering-wheel Siri button to ask for a word definition, Siri replied it could help "as soon as you are finished driving." After parking and asking again, Siri repeated the same refusal — showing how badly its driving-state detection still works.
