More clever mechanics from the Civ II LOTR scenario: Gandalf respawns as Gandalf the White

Follow-up to xuenay's thread on the fan-made Civ II Lord of the Rings scenario: it also used the expansion scripting language so that killing a Gandalf the Grey unit spawned a new Gandalf the White. But the most brilliant trick remained the One Ring play — detonating it at Mt. Doom to wipe out Sauron's armies.
