Tencent dropped Octop on GitHub under the MIT license: a self-hosted, multi-user, multi-agent AI assistant stack (4.1k stars) bundling user management, an agent runtime, a dashboard, and storage. Builders can modify and commercialize it, though model usage, hosting, and maintenance costs remain their own.
