Hermes Agent lands sender-based profile routing so one shared chat can serve isolated profiles

- A community PR (#106019) in NousResearch's hermes-agent, carried over the line by Teknium and implemented by Italo Fernandes, adds the inbound sender's userid as a fourth discriminator for gateway.profileroutes.
- Previously routes could only match on location fields (guildid, chatid, threadid), forcing two people sharing one chat to run two separate bots for isolated profiles. Now userid matches exactly and conjunctively with location fields (e.g. userid + chatid = "this person, in this channel").
