Claude Code adds AGENTS.md support in v2.1.277, auto-fallback from CLAUDE.md

Claude Code now supports AGENTS.md: starting with version 2.1.277, if a folder has no CLAUDE.md, Claude will look for and use AGENTS.md instead, with a toggle available in /config.
The move brings a top coding agent into line with the cross-tool AGENTS.md convention, pushing project instruction files toward broader standardization.
